Depending on your home and existing windows or doors, there are two common forms of installation:

Retrofit: Working inside the existing frame, not removing brick or materials.

Brick-To-Brick: We take the whole frame out and re-do the frame and section of the wall
Unlike a pro-rated warranty which decreases in value overtime. Our products come with a full non pro-rated warranty for the lifetime of the product. Our warranty is also transferable.
Yes, Windtek stays competitive with industry standard prices. We can offer our customers factory-direct pricing. We focus on quality and price accordingly to our high standards. We make all our windows and door products ourselves. As such we engineer them with features like slider tilts for our windows that make them easier to clean then traditional windows or doors.
Contractors often get preferential pricing from window manufacturers. Yet while they may get a cheaper price than you will, the high fees for labor far outstrip any money you'll save by having a contractor order your replacement windows. The job becomes much cheaper when you don't have to pay for a window installer.
